Clarksville, TN : Woman dies after crashing truck into pole in Clarksville on Monday morning, February 29, 2016

A woman died after crashing her truck into a pole in Clarksville on Monday morning.

The wreck happened just after 6 a.m. at the intersection of Madison Street and Haynes Street.

The driver, an adult female, died at the scene of the crash. Officials are working to notify her family before releasing her name.

Police are still working to figure out how what led up to the wreck.
