Von Ormy, TX : Woman dead, man injured in head-on crash in Bexar County on Wednesday April 6, 2016

According to the Bexar County Sheriff's Office, one person died in a fatal head-on crash in southwest Bexar County near Old Somerset Road, near Von Ormy.

BCSO says that a female driver in one vehicle died moments after the crash while a male driver in another vehicle was transferred to University Hospital in stable condition. Officials say that they don't know what caused the crash yet.
