ASHTABULA, OH : Four die in 'Bula crash at the intersection of West 58th Street and Adams Avenue on Friday, 19th October 2018

Four people were killed late Friday evening at the intersection of West 58th Street and Adams Avenue, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol and the Ashtabula County Coroner’s Office.

Giovanni L. Miller, 18, Giovanni L. Miller Jr., 22 months, Anastasia Smith, 19, and Michelle Hommes, 47, were all pronounced dead at the scene after a Dodge Ram 1500 truck driven by Donte M. Conard, 48, failed to stop at a stop sign while driving east on West 58th Street and ran into a Toyota Carola driven by Miller who was southbound on Adams Avenue after stopping at the intersection, according to a press release provided by Lt. M.J. Jackson of the OHP.
