Brockport man killed in motorcycle crash in Rochester New York

A Brockport motorcyclist was killed in a crash in Genesee County early Friday.Joshua J. Lowery, 26, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, which occurred about 6:40 a.m. on North Road in LeRoy, according to the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office.Deputes said Jeffery J. Simek, 55, of Florida, was driving his car west and attempted to make u-turn, turning into the path of Lowery.Simek was uninjured, deputies said.The investigation is ongoing, deputies said.
