Denver, CO : Fatal crash on I-25 in Denver involves motorcycle and automobile on Thursday, September 14, 2017

A person was killed late Thursday night in a traffic crash on Interstate 25 in Denver.

The crash, in the southbound lanes of I-25 just north of Downing Street, involved a motorcycle and an automobile, according to the Denver Police Department.

Northbound lanes of the highway were closed at University Boulevard so investigators could access the scene, police said. The crash happened before 11 p.m.

Details on other injuries, if any, were not immediately released. The victim was not identified.
