VIENNA, OH : Man charged in Route 82 accident on Tuesday, July 4, 2017

A Warren man was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated following a two-car accident Tuesday in Vienna.

According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol in Southington, a driver in a 2006 GMC truck was struck by a red 1996 Lincoln while both vehicles were heading east on State Route 82 around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday. The Lincoln ended up in a ditch along the road, and the driver fled on foot and was found a short time later by troopers. No injuries were reported.
