Rutland,VT : Woman faces multiple charges after crash on June, Saturday 3rd 2017

A Salem, New York, woman suffered minor neck injuries and faces several charges after crashing her car on Route 7 on Saturday.

Summoned at 9:22 p.m. police said Amanda Hill, 23, had swerved to avoid an oncoming vehicle and drove off the road, striking a guardrail and totaling her Toyota Tacoma.

Police said Hill was under the influence, had a suspended license and violated two conditions of releases.

She was taken to Southwestern Vermont Medical Center for treatment, and later processed for DUI and violations of condition of release.

She was cited to appear in Bennington Superior Court on June 19.
