Lasvegas ,NV : Traffic reopens after crash that hospitalized 5 people on Saturday morning ,June 20th 2015

Traffic is reopened on northbound U.S. Highway 95 after a three-vehicle crash hospitalized five people Saturday morning.

Nevada Highway Patrol and firefighters responded about 8:20 a.m. Saturday to the wreck on northbound U.S. 95, near Eastern Avenue.

Three people had to be removed from the wreckage by firefighters, and five people were taken to University Medical Center, the Fire Department tweeted just after 9 a.m.

Four of those hospitalized were in serious condition and one was in critical condition, the department tweeted.

Only the left lane of northbound traffic was open on U.S. 95 until about 10 a.m.
