LINCOLN CITY, OR : Man struck by car while walking in Highway 101 lane on Tuesday,10th April 2018

State police say an Otis resident was killed Tuesday night, April 10, when he was struck by a vehicle while walking in the southbound lane of Highway 101. The victim, Thomas H. Wilson, 43, was hit by a 1990 Chevrolet Suburban driven by Herbert E. Ware, 71, of Otis. Neither Ware or his passenger, Janie L. Ware, 53, also of Otis, were injured.
