Medford, MA : State trooper injured in motorcycle crash on Route 28 near the Wellington Circle on Friday afternoon, May 27, 2016

A state police trooper was injured in a motorcycle crash in Medford Friday afternoon.

A police spokesman said the trooper has been transported to Mass General with unknown injuries. The crash between the trooper on a motorcycle and another vehicle occurred around 3:30 p.m. on Route 28 southbound near the Wellington Circle, according to police.
