BOSCOBEL, WI : Grant Co Sheriffs Office Woman arrested for OWI after crashing into house on Sunday, 14th April 2024

A woman was arrested for an OWI after crashing into her own house Sunday morning, says the Grant County Sheriff’s Office.

At about 2:20 a.m., the sheriff’s office received a report of a two-vehicle crash on Broadway Street in the City of Boscobel. The caller told police that their neighbor allegedly crashed into the caller’s 2016 Cadillac that was parked in the driveway of the duplex.

According to the sheriff’s office, a 2013 Land Rover driven by a 59-year-woman of Boscobel crashed into the caller’s vehicle before allegedly driving through her own garage door and into her living room of the duplex.

The 59-year-woman was arrested for a first-offense OWI. She was transported to the Gunderson Boscobel Area Hospital for a blood test and then was taken to the the Grant County Jail.
