ROOTSTOWN, OH : 2-car crash on S.R. 44, Bower Road results in one taken to hospital on Thursday, 25th April 2019

Ohio State Highway Patrol Ravenna Post dispatchers have confirmed a two-car crash on state Route 44 and Bower Road resulted in one person being transported to the hospital.

Around 4:43 p.m., a crash involving a 2012 Toyota and a 1992 Ford truck occurred along the route, dispatchers said. One person was transported to the hospital with minor injuries, according to a dispatcher. No information regarding cause or citations has been released at this time.

S.R. 44 and Bower Road are open.
