Nashua ,NH :Motorcycle driver seriously injuriedand another facing charges after crash on Sunday ,September 6th 2015

Nashua Police have arrested a 27-year-old man on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol in connection with a fatal crash.

Romivel Cruz, of Nashua, is facing charges of aggravated driving while intoxicated, according to Nashua Police.

Om Sunday, officers responded to a report of a crash involving a motorcycle and car on Hollis Street. When they arrived, officers found the motorcycle driver suffering from serious injuries. He was taken to Saint Joseph's Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Officers quickly found Cruz, whom they said showed signs of impairment. As a result, officers arrested him.
