Augusta, GA : One dead in Burke County crash on Tuesday, October, 17th 2017

The Burke County Sheriff’s Office responded to a fatal crash on Tuesday afternoon.

At 3 p.m., emergency personnel responded to a crash in the 1500 block of Winter Road. The crash closed Winter Road from Craig Road to Mark Walden Road during the response.

The Georgia State Patrol also assisted at the scene of the crash.
