East Boston man struck, killed on Land Boulevard in Cambridge

A male pedestrian died Wednesday morning, April 3, from injuries he sustained after a motor vehicle hit him on Land Boulevard in Cambridge, according to Massachusetts State Police spokesman Dave Procopio.
