Clifty, AR : 56-year-old Kevin Cain died in head-on collision in western Arkansas on Wednesday, Oct 28, 2015

Arkansas State Police say an Oklahoma man was killed when his vehicle was struck head-on by another vehicle in western Arkansas.

State police say the collision happened Wednesday on Arkansas 12 in Madison County. According to a preliminary report, 56-year-old Kevin Cain of Catoosa, Oklahoma, was killed in the head-on collision. The report says another vehicle struck a guard rail, then crossed the center line and collided with Cain's vehicle.

The driver of the second vehicle, 27-year-old Kory Houser of Berryville, was injured.
