LOUISVILLE, KY : Woman facing multiple charges after hit-and-run in Jacobs neighborhood on Saturday, 18th May 2024

A 7-year-old boy remains in critical condition after a hit-and-run in the Jacobs neighborhood.

Metro Police officers responded to the emergency in the 3600 block of Parthenia Avenue just before 3:30 p.m. Saturday.

In their preliminary investigation, police said a Chevrolet Cobalt driven by 19-year-old Katherine Hall was traveling south on Parthenia at a high rate of speed when she struck the 7-year-old as he was walking alongside the roadway.
