DUBUQUE COUNTY, IA : Man killed in tractor rollover in Dubuque County on Sunday, 19th May 2024

A Dubuque County man is dead after a tractor rolled on top of him and pinned him underneath it.

It happened shortly before 8:15 p.m. on Sunday near Wente and Pape Roads. The Dubuque County Sheriff's Office said the 61-year-old man died while underneath the tractor.

Authorities said they plan to release more information once they notify the man's family of his death.

The Dubuque County Sheriff's Office is the primary agency investigating what happened.

The Dubuque County Sheriff’s Office, Iowa State Patrol, Dyersville Police Department, New Vienna-Luxemburg Fire Department and Bi-County EMS responded to the deadly incident.
