Meriden, CT : Southington man killed in Bristol motorcycle crash early Saturday, August 6, 2016

Police say a Southington man has died after a serious motorcycle crash early Saturday.

Kevin Trask, 51, of Southington, died on Sunday, a police spokesman confirmed Monday. He suffered serious injuries after he lost control of his motorcycle, left the road and struck a utility pole in the area of 647 Willis St. in Bristol about 1 a.m. Saturday. He was taken to a nearby trauma center where he was later pronounced dead.

Police are investigating the crash.
