PASCO, WA : Driver charged with killing 2 women in deadly Pasco collision on Interstate 182 on Wednesday, 6th February 2019

A 22-year-old man was charged Wednesday with causing a multiple-car crash on Interstate 182 that killed two women and hurt others, then running away.

Michelle L. Scheuerman, who died three days later, was an adventurous and loving woman, said her daughter, Taylor Tolliver.

She enjoyed having a good time and spending it with her family, but the big love of her life was her 6-year-old granddaughter Sophia, she said.

“They loved playing Barbies and doing each other’s makeup, dressing up, going on adventures and going to the park,” Tolliver, 25, told the Tri-City Herald.
