Cicero, NY : Motorcyclist killed, ejected off bike in central NY on Sunday, July 24, 2016

Police say a motorcyclist was killed in central New York after losing control of his bike.

Onondaga County sheriff’s office says the victim was ejected from the motorcycle, landing in a home’s front yard in the Town of Cicero, north of Syracuse.

It happened at around 3:30 a.m. Sunday on Lakeshore Road.

The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. He was identified as 23-year-old Derek Weiland, of Cicero.
