Swink, OK : Texan dies of injuries in southeast Oklahoma crash on Friday, November 28, 2014

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a Texas woman has died of injuries she suffered in a head-on collision on U.S. 70 in southeastern Oklahoma. The OHP says 58-year-old Janet French of Dallas died at a Paris, Texas, hospital where she had been taken following the collision on Friday in the town of Swink in Choctaw County. An OHP report says French was a passenger in a pickup truck that was eastbound when a westbound sport utility vehicle crossed the centerline and collided with the pickup. The driver of the pickup was treated and released and the driver of the SUV is hospitalized in stable condition.
