Wilbraham, MA : Two dead, one hurt in Wilbraham car crash Tuesday on June 24, 2014
Police say two people were killed and a third injured when their car struck a utility pole in Wilbraham.
The crash at about 8:30 p.m. Tuesday occurred on a downhill stretch of road. Police say it appears as if the vehicle went of control before striking the pole.
Police Chief Roger Tucker tells that three young men were thrown from the vehicle.
A 23-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene. A 19-year-old man died at the hospital.
A 24-year-old man was taken to Baystate Medical Center in Springfield with serious injuries.
Exactly who was driving remains under investigation.
No names were immediately released.
