Bakersfield, CA : A woman killed in a car accident on Sunday, September 10, 2017

The Kern County Coroner's office has identified a woman killed in a car accident Saturday.

Samantha Carney Rodriguez, 31 and of Bakersfield, was killed after her car collided with another vehicle on Highway 58 east of Nord Road in Bakersfield at about 9:20 p.m. Saturday. She was taken to Kern Medical Center where she died.
