Rochester, MN : 60-year-old pedestrian stuck and killed by car in Rochester on Friday November 27 2015

A pedestrian has died after being struck by a car in Rochester.
it happened on Civic Center Drive around 9:30 p.m. Friday. The victim has been identified as 60-year-old Paul Michael Ohnstad.
Police say a car in the inside lane saw Ohnstad in time to stop, but a car in the outside lane didn't have enough time to stop.Authorities say Ohnstad was taken to a hospital where he died from his injuries.
Police say alcohol was not a factor. The driver who struck Ohnstad was given a breathalyzer test, and it confirmed he hadn't been drinking at all.
