KANSAS CITY, MO ; 2 children ejected, driver arrested in single-car crash on Saturday, 22nd June 2024

Saturday, June 22, just after 4 a.m. Kansas City police responded to a serious single-car crash on the east side.

Police report a black Dodge Charger was speeding westbound on 23rd Street when the driver lost control, veering off the roadway.

The Dodge struck a road sign, shearing it off at the base, and started to flip.

The Dodge then crossed over the eastbound lanes of 23rd Street and struck the rock wall there before landing on its wheels.
