CATAWBA COUNTY, NC : 8 students injured in Stokes County activity bus crash on Wednesday, 20th March 2024

A Stokes County activity bus carrying 33 students was involved in a crash on I-40 East in Catawba County on Wednesday, March 20, North Carolina State Troopers confirm.

Around 3:20 p.m., two cars traveling eastbound struck each other.

Troopers said the crash caused one of the cars to lose control and sideswipe the Stokes County activity bus.
