Greenwich Township, OH : Two people injured a two-vehicle crash on Ohio 13 south of Plymouth East Road in Greenwich Township on Friday afternoon, April 17, 2015

The Norwalk post of the state Highway Patrol is investigating a two-vehicle serious injury crash that occurred at 12:42 p.m. today on Ohio 13 south of Plymouth East Road in Greenwich Township.

Mary Keene, 35, of Plymouth, was driving a 2005 Buick Lacrosse north on Ohio 13 when her vehicle traveled left of the center line and collided head-on with a southbound 2002 Chevrolet Tracker being driven by Donald Vasquez, 56, of Willard.

Keene's vehicle then traveled off the west side of the roadway and came to rest in a ditch.

Vasquez's vehicle overturned and came to rest off the southbound lane.

Vasquez, who had been wearing his safety belt, received incapacitating injuries, troopers said. He was flown from the scene by a LifeFlight helicopter to Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo.
Keene, who also had been wearing a seat belt, was transported from the scene by North Central EMS to Fisher Titus Medical Center. She later was flown by helicopter to Cleveland MetroHealth Medical Center with incapacitating injuries.

Keene's vehicle was towed from the scene by Jensen’s Towing with disabling damage. Vasquez's vehicle was towed from the scene by A&M Towing with disabling damage.

Troopers were assisted on scene by Greenwich Fire, North Central EMS, Life Flight, A&M Towing, and Jensen’s Towing.
Drugs are considered a factor in the crash, and charges are pending, troopers said.
