TOWN OF HORICON, WI : 1 dead, 7 injured after car crash near Horicon on County Road E from State Hwy. 26 on Tuesday, 30th July 2019

One person died and seven were injured after a crash Tuesday night near the town of Horicon.

In a WisDOT release, the Dodge County Sheriff's Office was called at 6:49 p.m. to a multi-car crash on County Road E from State Hwy. 26.

Officials said a 2008 Chrysler 300 sedan had crossed the centerline and struck a 2013 Chevrolet Equinox.

The Chrysler then struck a 2007 Ford Focus, which had been behind the Chevrolet, according to the release.

The driver of the Chrysler was medically flown to a hospital with injuries, and the Chevrolet's driver was treated and released.
