Owensboro, KY : One dead in Ky. 56 accident on Wednesday, March 29th 2017

A 29-year-old woman was killed in a vehicle crash Wednesday morning in McLean County.

According to a news release from the Kentucky State Police, a preliminary investigation found that about 5:40 a.m., a 2006 Honda Pilot SUV driven by Allen Rodriguez, 29, of Sebree, was traveling east on Kentucky 56 when, for an unknown reason, the vehicle ran off the right shoulder of the road and struck a tree before landing in a ditch.
