Panama City Beach, FL: FHP Investigating Fatal Car vs. Bicycle Accident on Tuesday, July 21st 2015

Joan Tuzinkiewicz, 75, was traveling east on US 98 on the inside lane when she struck a bicyclist who failed to yield while crossing the eastbound lanes.The name of the bicyclist has still not been released.Charges are pending.A person is dead in what appears to be a collision between a bicyclist and a car in Panama City Beach.
The incident happened around 7:30 Tuesday night near the intersection of Back Beach Road and Cauley Ave.Florida Highway Patrol and the Bay County Sheriff's Office are investigating.No other information is available about who was involved in the accident.Part of Back Beach Road was closed during the investigation.
