A 31-year-old Nampa woman died from injuries sustained in a car crash Wednesday morning.

Idaho State Police reported that at 6:25 a.m. Alisha Eyerly was driving north on State Highway 78 near milepost 21 when her vehicle drove off the road.

Eyerly over-corrected in attempt to get back on the road and rolled her 2003 Chevrolet Trailblazer, according to the ISP news release. The driver, who was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected from the vehicle and succumbed to her injuries on scene.

Travel on the highway was blocked for about two hours. Police are still investigating the crash.
