Dover, DE : Seaford man wanted after car chase ends in crash on Saturday, November, 4th 2017

Delaware State Police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a man wanted in connection with a vehicle pursuit.

The incident occurred on Saturday, Nov. 4, at around 6:30 p.m., when a trooper attempted to stop a vehicle traveling northbound on Coverdale Road, north of Hastings Farm Road, in Bridgeville. A pursuit ensued and ended when the suspect vehicle struck a utility pole at Fisherman’s Bridge and then took off on foot.

The suspect was later identified as 32-year-old Donshell T. Weston, of Seaford. Weston is wanted for possession of a controlled substance, disregarding a police officer signal, resisting arrest and other traffic-related charges.
