Toledo, OH : A Temperance woman died in a two-vehicle crash on February, Wednesday 7th 2018

A Temperance woman died in a two-vehicle crash early Wednesday in Bedford Township, the Monroe County Sheriff’s Department reported.

Rosella Pettrey, 20, was westbound about 5:40 a.m. on Samaria Road east of Jackman Road when she lost control of her vehicle and was struck by an oncoming car, deputies said.

Ms. Pettrey was pronounced dead at the scene. The second car’s driver, Matthew Arndt, 50, of Sylvania, was taken by ambulance to ProMedica Toledo Hospital.

Alcohol did not appear to be a factor in the crash, which remained under investigation, deputies said. Anyone with information about the crash is asked to call 734-240-7756.
