Butler, PA : A man was flown to Pittsburgh following a two-vehicle accident on Friday, June 9, 2017

A man was flown to Pittsburgh following a two-vehicle accident Friday at the intersection of Route 8 and Cooledge Street. The man, whose name was not available, was turning left onto Route 8 South when his Ford was hit by a Jeep Wrangler traveling north on Route 8. The man suffered severe lower-body injuries and was transported to a hospital in Pittsburgh. The woman driving the Jeep, whose name was not available, suffered minor injuries and was transported to Butler Memorial Hospital.
