PLATTSBURGH, NY : Man dies in Northway crash on Wednesday, 15th August 2018

An Essex County man died Wednesday afternoon when a tractor-trailer he was driving veered off the Northway into trees, police said.Stacey L. Mitchell, 55, veered off the southbound lanes of the highway in the town of Plattsburgh just before 2:30 p.m. The truck he was driving had a load of asphalt.
