Lorain, OH : A single vehicle motorcycle crash on Sunday, August 13, 2017
A single vehicle motorcycle crash happened about 12:09 a.m. Aug. 13 on State Route 18 west of Quarry Road in Brighton Township.
According to a news release from the Elyria Post of Ohio State Highway Patrol:
Robert Seneff, 23, Hiram, was riding a 2010 Honda VT1300CS motorcycle east on State Route 18.
The motorcycle traveled off the right side of the road, hit a culvert, went airborne and hit several trees.
Seneff was ejected from the motorcycle. He was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
Southern Lorain County Emergency Medical Services transported Seneff from the scene to the Lorain County Fairgrounds in Wellington to meet with Metro Life Flight.
Medical personnel from the helicopter pronounced Seneff dead at the fairgrounds.
Other agencies who helped at the scene included Wellington Police, Lorain County Coroner’s Office, and Don’s Towing.
The crash remains under investigation. It is unknown if drugs or alcohol were factors in the crash.
