FLOYD COUNTY, IN : 1 dead in crash on State Road 62 in southern Indiana on Thursday, 20th June 2024

At least one person is dead after two crashes happened Thursday morning in southern Indiana.

There was a crash on State Road 62 that Indiana State Police troopers were called to investigate. It was confirmed someone was killed in this crash. Both lanes are blocked as crews load up the vehicles involved.

A jackknifed semi-truck was also reported on I-64 West in Floyd County. Crews were called and all of the lanes are back open. There’s no word on if anyone was hurt in that crash.
