ESCAMBIA COUNTY, AL : Atmore woman killed in crash on Highway 31 on Sunday, 6th August 2023

According to ALEA, a single-vehicle crash involving a pedestrian that occurred at approximately 12 a.m. Sunday Aug. 6, has claimed the life of a Atmore woman.

Hannah Annette Martin, 24, was fatally injured after being struck by the 2005 Chevrolet Tahoe driven by Kenneth Elbert Harrison, 45, of Silverhill.

Martin was transported to Atmore Community Hospital where she later succumbed to her injuries.

The crash occurred on U.S. 31 near the 39 mile marker, approximately two miles north of Atmore, in Escambia County.
