Boise, ID : Treasure Valley woman dies in wrong-way crash and two others injured on Thursday, December, 7th 2017

An Eagle woman died Thursday after driving the wrong way on Middleton Road, hitting two other cars and injuring their occupants, according to Idaho State Police.

Anna M. Gonzales, 65, was driving a 2009 Honda CRV northbound in the southbound lanes on Middleton Road at the intersection of Marble Front Road in Caldwell.

Gonzales struck Eloy U. Osornio, 49, of Caldwell, and Linda L. Knox, 51, of Middleton, who were both driving southbound on Middleton Road.

Gonzales died at the scene of the crash. Osorino was transported by ground ambulance to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, while Knox was transported by air ambulance to the same hospital.
