MIAMI COUNTY,OH : Driver airlifted to local hospital, faces citation after Miami County crash on Ohio 718 on Wednesday, 29th May 2019

A woman was flown to Miami Valley Hospital and will likely receive a citation after deputies say she caused a crash on Ohio 718 Wednesday morning.Authorities and emergency personnel responded to the area of Ohio 718 and Ohio 721 after a nearby resident reported a serious crash around 12:30 a.m.,officials said.A preliminary investigation by sheriff’s deputies from Miami County revealed that a Sedan heading west on Ohio 718 ran a stop sign, and struck a Jeep that was headed south on Ohio 721.

Both vehicles sustained heavy damage, and CareFlight was called to the scene for precautionary measures, deputies said.
