A 23-year-old man from Arnold was killed Sunday morning after his car veered left, hit the median barrier and overturned on northbound I-55 in the Festus area. Kirk Lochirco II was pronounced dead at the scene. The accident happened about 10:55 a.m. Lochirco was partly ejected from the car, and the Missouri Highway Patrol is investigating to learn further details.
