Crystal River, FL : Motorcycle wrecks claim two lives on Sunday, March 5th 2017

A pair of separate traffic crashes have claimed the lives of two motorcyclists.

At about 7 p.m. on Sunday, 24-year-old Bobby Lee Williams, of Chiefland, was riding a Harley-Davidson north onU.S. 19, approaching the turn to West Bentbow Path near Crystal River, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.

A deer then ran into Williams’ path, causing a collision and overturning the motorcycle. Williams, who was not wearing a helmet, was transported to Seven Rivers Regional Medical Center, where he later died.
