Gilmanton , NH : Man in pickup truck crash with children accused of driving drunk after truck rolled over onto its roof and blocking a road Friday night, January 9th 2015

Police have accused a man of crashing his pickup truck in Gilmanton, New Hampshire, while driving drunk and with two children in the vehicle.

Police found the truck rolled over onto its roof and blocking a road Friday night, with no one inside.

WMUR-TV reports (http://bit.ly/1wZwrN4) police later identified the driver, 40-year-old Michael Delloiacono and found him at a home down the road. They said the children, ages 11 and 7, were in the truck with him at the time of the crash.

There were no serious injuries.

Delloiacono was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, conduct after an accident and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. It wasn't immediately known if he had a lawyer.
