Milwaukee, WI : Woman died after struck by hit-and-run crash on Interstate 43 Marquette on Monday June 6,2016.

A red SUV kept going after hitting a woman who was walking on Interstate 43 in the Marquette Interchange, police said.
The woman died after being struck along the northbound lanes just before 11 p.m. Monday.
The death investigation prompted the closure of several lanes of the interchange, but traffic was allowed to flow freely by the morning commute.
No information was available by 7:30 a.m. about the victim's identity or why she was on the interstate
