Manhattan,KS : 1 injured in rollover crash on May, Wednesday 2nd 2018

A Topeka man was taken to the hospital after crashing a car Wednesday, according to a Kansas Highway Patrol report.

Dakota Zimmerman, 26, was driving a 2003 Acura eastbound on interstate highway 70 less than five miles west of Highway 18 around 9:55 a.m. in Geary County. Driving at a high sped, he could not negotiate the curve, and his left tires entered the median. Zimmerman overcorrected to the right, crossed both eastbound lanes of traffic and turned over several times into the south ditch and into a tree line.

He was taken to Geary County Hospital for treatment.
