Oklahoma City, OK : Sapulpa man dies in Bryan County wreck on Friday, 26th August, 2016

A Sapulpa man died Wednesday in a wreck on a Bryan County highway, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.

About 3:55 p.m., Randy Lewis Perkins, 49, was driving a tractor-trailer on U.S. 69, in Caddo, when the vehicle left the roadway and struck a bridge.

Perkins, who was thrown from the vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene, troopers said.
