Gadsden, AL : Gadsden man dies in Monday evening crash on Monday, 24th October 2016

A Gadsden man died as a result of a single-vehicle accident at 9:25 p.m. Monday. Justin Heath Smitherman, 31, was killed when the 2006 Ford F-350 he was driving left the roadway on Picks Mill Road and overturned 4 miles south of Wellington.

Alabama State Troopers, who continue to investigate the accident, said that Smitherman was not wearing a seat belt and was pronounced dead at the scene.
