LAS VEGAS, NV : Bus driver discovers apparent hit-and-run victim on Friday, 9th February 2024

Las Vegas Metropolitan police have arrested one of the drivers in a double hit-and-run that left a bicyclist dead Friday morning. Police said the second driver helped identify the first vehicle which led to the arrest.

The bicyclist was killed on eastbound Lake Mead Boulevard, near Losee Road, west of I-15. A bus driver called 911 to report a man lying on the road next to a bicycle around 2:30 a.m., Las Vegas Metro police said.
