Belleville, IL : I-64 near New Baden closed due to semitrailer wreck on Monday, January, 22nd 2018

All lanes of eastbound I-64 near New Baden were closed Monday evening after a wreck involving two semitrailers, according to KMOV.

The crash happened at about 9:15 p.m. near mile marker 34, KMOV reported.

Information on injuries was not immediately available, but Southern Illinois Fire Incidents posted on Facebook that a medical helicopter was requested.
